The best van buying experience. I’ve been branded “difficult” because I’m particular in what I’m looking for and after a few very bad experiences these guys were a breath of fresh air. I viewed the van after travelling 3 hours. It was exactly as described in the advert which was a very pleasant surprise. The salesman was absolutely brilliant, very polite and helpful. I paid the deposit, he arranged an mot and PDI, the van was delivered free of charge 3 days later at the time we agreed upon by a lovely third party company. The logbook and spare key arrived two days later in the post. I had a personal mobile number to keep in touch and was updated every step of the way. Receipts and paperwork were all sent promptly too. Fantastic experience start to finish and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again. It was worth the travel and time just for the buying experience.

Fantastic place, such a nice bunch of helpful people who keep a promise & get things working for you again, highly recommended.
I was on holiday in an older Mercedes based motorhome with an already dodgy starter & then the alternator failed. Called them, took it in Tuesday & back on Wednesday when the parts arrived for fitting. They even found a problem I didn't know I had & fixed it for free as well. First class job, finished the holiday as planned & everything worked noticeably better than before!

Their staff are always friendly, approachable and go the extra mile for customer service but are as knowledgeable on maintenance and service again as any manufacturer dealership. With any job, prices are always provide up front with updates on progress throughout the job.

With longer opening hours that are aimed at serving the customer, we cannot recommend them highly enough and would certainly not be thinking of taking our vehicles anywhere else.
