I think the word "useless" describes this service centre quite well. it is mind blowing that businesses like this still exist.

Anyway, when you know more than the service manager of a specific topic, then it's probably a good indicator to stay away.

I bet they're good at selling vehicles BUT don't expect any aftersales service once you've purchased a vehicle from them.

We bought a family car from Spencer Motors. All staff were very friendly during our dealings with them.

We suspected an issue with our new car after we purchased it. Spencers looked into our concerns and lent us another car while they looked into it.

We also took the car to another independent mechanic who informed us that there was an issue and that stressed us out because Nissan was saying no the car is fine and another mechanic was saying no it is not fine.

We have had the car looked at AGAIN (took so long because our son had a major operation recently so we couldn't get it done) and we have been reassured that there is nothing wrong with it.

Thanks for putting up with us lol

These guys were excellent, the best dealership I’ve ever dealt with!

We had a gearbox issue with a car that was just out of warranty and they went in to bat for us. They got the issue and workmanship covered by warranty. They got a rush in parts and had the job done two weeks early. They even washed the car before we picked it up!

They under promised and over delivered which is a rare trait in customer service these days! Well done…

AVOID AT ALL COST!!
No Clue how this place still operates, horrible, painful experience from top to bottom, Micheal doesnt even listen to you, he just wants to push you in so they can begin exploiting you. On top of that they charged me labour on a factory recall job, by hiding it amongst other labour. ..place is as dodgy as it gets.

Spencer motors are the biggest scammers ever they charged me $750 for a routine service and an extra $210 for a radiator diagnosis then an extra $300 for an engine flush ended up costing me $1300 and after I left the lot every time my car is in idle the engine oil light comes on the biggest dodgiest scamming place ever don’t ever go there ever.

Totally shamefully how they have handled business with my partner. She is a lady on her own stuck in port pirie unable to get to work as she needs her vehicle. There does not appear to be a decent human being amongst them. They are rude, abusive and despicable. I will research every legal tool I can tool to have them shut down and the staff made permanently unememployed
