Vikki and Mhari were so sweet, they were friendly and chatty when we were waiting for enterprise to get picked up, they kept me updated on when it would be ready and in the end my car was ready a day earlier than expected. They checked me out quickly with little fuss. My car looks great too!

No complaints. Car was repaired as was the request. The reception ladies were great, honest when I called for updates no false promises. Repair was fairly quick. Think how busy they are speaks for itself - probably need more courtesy cars would be my only thought considering the amount of work they have on. Would use again (ideally won’t have to of course!)

I had given my car(Jaguar XF) to them in the third week of Nov 2024 and I haven't got my car back yet. It's been 2 months since I have given my vehicle for repair (through Insurance). I have been told the car was ready last week (16/01) but when I went to collect, all possible warning lights were popping up which never did when I had given my car for repair. Manager said they will look into it after discussing with Glasgow branch as Glasgow branch dealt with the vehicle as Edinburgh branch was busy (that was internal movement within Steer based on their availability even though I had given my vehicle to Edinburgh Branch). I was told the next day the warning messages were cleared and ready to be collected, but unfortunately when I went to collect the warning messages reminded the same (17/01).
I have been told I will be kept informed on the outcome on Friday itself(17/01) but haven't got a call till today (21/01).
I am still trying to reach out to them (21/01) for the way forward but no proper response and getting a same message stating they are still awaiting response from their Glasgow branch.

Referred to Steer by insurers. Found staff to be welcoming, friendly and helpful, particularly Marie. My car was repaired quickly and within timescales provided. Would recommend.

Collected car from my work and dropped off courtesy car no problem at all, rear of car went in bashed and came out looking new, earlier than estimated, great job indeed,

Fantastic service from the team, they carried out a no-fault insurance accident repair to my fiesta, and the process was flawless from start to finish. Was available to pick up when advised (even though they were clearly choc full with cars and very busy.)
I cant fault service at all.
I even had a little surprise of the car having a mini valet as well, thankyou to the team !!

I have used Steer twice unfortunately both times myself being hit by another party. I felt It was important to give feedback of my experience as the company can learn and make changes. I have spoken to Scott the manager directly. Mhari on the front desk was amazing she has a fantastic telephone manner always calm collected informed. She always goes the extra mile to find out information for the client even when the client is frustrated at having to wait so long to get their car back. The staff are always happy to help. I have spoken to Scott and fed this back to him. I have also suggested that the phone lines need attention as no one ever calls you back if you leave a message I believe they are looking in to this. My other suggestion is that they change the process of taking your car in for checking over what needs done which I believe is happening rather than a car going in and sitting there for 4 weeks until parts arrive if the car is checked and photos sent also looked over by a member of the team and deemed fit to drive give the car back to the customer and only bring it in when parts have arrived and they have a slot to do the work.
