Awesome experience, our coffee truck came out beautifully. We’re so excited to get started, we came all the way up from the Austin area because of the customer service and reviews. The owner Chris helped me a ton, he answered all my questions and I had A LOT lol. Would definitely recommend for any and all custom food truck orders. We’ll hopefully need another one in the future so we’ll be getting our 2nd from them as well.

This team is incompetent, and it starts with the owner. The "custom-built" trailers that the company claims, at least in my case, is not so. I had a trailer built, and requested specific modifications. I informed the owner of exactly how I wanted my trailer built at our first meeting, to which he agreed.

When I called to check on the status of the trailer and a piece of equipment that was mailed there to install, one of the employees told me that it was to much to build MY trailer the way I wanted. When I spoke with the owner, Chris, he would not tell his team. When I went to check on the progress of my trailer, the team was "unaware" that I wanted a generator; what trailer can run without a generator? I requested the generator to run on propane; I was told that they can install a conversion kit only to find out later that they cannot. They also waited to tell me they cannot install a conversion kit until after they installed the generator. After testing the equipment, they said the generator was not powerful enough to run all of the equipment so the air conditioner had to be left off. I also requested levelers to be installed, they were not.

The team does not communicate with each other. If you make a request and they say they can, then it is an issue.

The owner, Chris, offered a loan to pay for the trailer to which I applied. He then said he needed proof of residency. I sent two proofs, and he said that they were not good enough. I was moving, and waiting for the bills to catch up to my new address. Chris then threatened to sue me!

This is NOT how business is done! If you or your team cannot do certain modifications, then you should say so during the conversation. NOT after agreeing to do the task.

If you’re in the market for a trailer, you should know that Texas is the place to go to get a trailer with that said there are many places in Texas that you can buy a trailer actually probably 10 on the street that I was on however not all businesses have standup owners and employees that stand up behind their product and then sure Customer satisfaction, superstar trailers went above and beyond to facilitate my business partners, and I picking up our trailer. The trailer was created perfectly to our imagination. We cannot be more satisfied with our experience it’s truly phenomenal in fact, we will certainly be return customers it was certainly worth the 3600 mile round-trip to, meet such wonderful people.
