The whole process was great and more importantly so was the car. I was recommended to come here by a friend who purchased his truck years ago.

Atmosphere: The offices are family friendly and makes it easy to focus on what you are reading when signing. I also appreciate the respect and boundaries shown when looking for a vehicle, which is important to me as it helps me understand and observe the features I wanted in my car and for my family.

In the past couple of months, I’ve gone to dealerships where this is troubling and wasn’t able to focus so I just left:
1. the dealer is talking so much I can’t get a word in or really consider my own options.
2.the music feels like your at a club and disorients me from focusing or taking this seriously.

Quiero crear conciencia sobre mi experiencia reciente. Compré un FIAT 500L LOUNGE 2018 y la luz de verificación del motor se encendió después de solo 5 semanas de uso. El auto requiere un nuevo soporte de motor y una reparación para una fuga de EVAP, que costará $2000. A pesar de comprar una garantía extendida por $2500, no cubre los problemas que tiene el auto. Además, pagué $2000 para reducir el precio del auto, pero esta reducción no se aplicó al valor total del auto. Cuando hablé de estas inquietudes con el gerente, simplemente dijeron que no podían hacer nada al respecto. Recomiendo encarecidamente no comprar autos en este lugar. Los autos no funcionan correctamente y se venden a precios altos con muchos requisitos para obtener la aprobación.
