Paul and Tim are nothing short of amazing. They had a car I really liked and fitted my needs perfectly. Downside? It was 180 miles away. After speaking to them on the phone, I was more than happy to travel up and collect the car. I am an anxious person, and the phone calls I had really put me at ease without telling them I had anxiety. They are someone I hope to visit again in the future for another car, despite the distance, as they are genuine people, who won't tell you the car is something it isn't. My dad bought a Mazda 6 from T&P about 18 months ago, and loved the car and the buying experience so much that he would sometimes drop by to see Tim & Paul just for a brew and a chat.

Sadly, he died a few weeks ago. I contacted T&P to see if they’d be interested in buying the Mazda back, and upon their advice we decided to have them sell it on consignment on our behalf. They took care of the new MOT, service, valeting, and fixed a faulty mirror. Within a couple of weeks of going on sale, the car was off to its new owners, and the money deposited in ma’s bank account.

Tim and Paul really helped us at a very difficult time, and got us a very fair price for dad’s car. Used car dealers usually aren’t the bogeymen they are sometimes portrayed as, and the honest ones don’t always get the credit they deserve, so I’d like to set that straight here. If you’re in the market for a car, I can recommend T&P without hesitation.

Real genuine guys who really look after their customers. 3 years later i regularly check their website for a new car. I bought a Mazda from T&P Car Sales in July last year after seeing it advertised on Autotrader. I viewed and bought it the same day as it was presented exactly as advertised and well priced. It has driven faultlessly for 10,000 miles since. They took my car in part exchange and gave a fair price for it.

The dealership is located in a pleasant business park and had a good range of well prepared used cars, which mostly look to have been selected direct from local main dealers.

The used car supermarkets may have more cars in stock but they can't select and vouch for the cars they have for sale in the same way as a business like this.

The owners were both very accommodating and judging by my experience and the other reviews here, they are clearly running a very honest and reputable business. I wouldn't hesitate to go back there for my next car.
