I came into the post office to process my passport and had the great luck when I met Tanisha in the passport department. From the beginning she was very helpful beyond what one would expect. She was patient and attentive as I expressed I was under a time crunch. I was having a problem obtaining my birth certificate in a timely fashion. She worked with me by showing me where to apply on line and she made the process easier. She looked over my paperwork and advised and educated my in other areas that would expedite my paperwork.The entire time I’ve interacted with her, she was so kind and helpful. She gave me great advice throughout the process and her demeanor was upbeat and friendly. She expressed amazing customer service and in the end I was able to get my passport issued.

This place is the Dantes Inferno of Palm Beach County's USPS. Long lines, one person working the front 89% of the time while people watch like it's a construction site, and inoperable equipment inside. The mail chute has been "out of order" for months. The computers have been down for a week. The mailbox outside has been removed because they claim people were damaging it. Do yourself a favor and go to any other USPS. This building should be shut down and condemned.

This place is the worst! The people who work at this location seem nothing but miserable. I was just waiting in line like everyone else. Then, the employee who was a man seemed like he wanted to provoke me because of other customers before me. That had nothing to do with me.I just wanted to get in and out. The man got butt hurt, I wasn't really interested in making small talk. But I was polite about it. I just moved from out of state. I usually don't write reviews, but that man and other employees were beyond rude. To all the customers there that day. I was in shock. All the post offices, I've been to never had a problem. Until coming to this location. This location needs to really work on their customer service skills. Whatever they're upset about shouldn't even take it out, on other people. Very unprofessional setting this is. I don't recommend anyone coming here. Do yourself a favor.

Today I decided to come to the post office earlier because when I come late the line is always long. So today I came around 2:20 and when I saw no line I was happy. My cashier T was so nice and efficient and even waited while I called and made sure I was mailing the right envelopes and even tape them in front of her. She really made my day. We deserve more nice people like her.

Very poor passport service. I arrived at the appointment time online and was told that the employee responsible for passport work was not working and no other employee could replace him. There is no doubt that the USPS loses a lot of money every year, and the poor service quality is one of them.

the worst customer service a customer can receive! Before employing a person they must provide customer service!!!! They should close it! How disgusting…..a rude person and making me waste my time and my money. His employee's name is Robert, he is an animal.

I have been a customer here many times. I used to live in the area and would go to that location for all of my postage needs. All the staff were friendly and worked very efficiently. The place was always kept very clean, and the restrooms were also kept very clean. Very recently I volunteered there for the recent food drive. Several mail trucks came by our location to drop off the various items of food that people had donated. I was very surprised at the amount of food that came to just my location. There were many more post office locations that were collecting food. It felt very rewarding to be a part of something so large as there were at least eat other post office locations in the county that were collecting and sorting through the donated food into different categories such as canned foods, food that was kept in glass such as spaghetti sauce or food that was kept in either boxes or plastic containers such as cereal or peanut butter. With the world that we live in today it feels good to actually see how much people care by donating food out of their own pantry and to have people show up and volunteer their time to off-load mail trucks and sort food. It was a rewarding feeling to be part of something that helps so many others.

I never had this experience in Post Office - USPS before. I went this this location to send Priority Mail. The staff helped me on this service that was very unprofessional! She drank soft drinks and ate snack while she got payment for the service. She used her hand to pick the chips and then she took the money then again and again with these actions until it was done ✅. I never imagine that the camera was I n front of her section. What does her supervisor think about this! It was on last Friday around 9:30am!
