I am so glad I bought this 24ft trailer from us Custom Concession. Have you ever driving home feeling you got the best deal for the superior product with no buyer's remorse? Yep, I pull the trailer home very happy with the purchase & feels like a million bucks. I almost go buy a less quality trailer for almost the same money from another dealership. My friend recommended me to call us Custom Concession. They pointed out that the trailer I'm looking at carry less weight because it only had the 5 lug axles and will bend with my bobcat on top. The trailer I got from us Custom Concession has 8 lug 7,000lbs axles & 4ft longer. The other dealer quoted me a price with only a temporary tag - I would have to make a trip to the Tax Collector's office to pay over $100 for a metal tag. They handle all the paperwork with the permanent metal tag - a 1 stop shop. If you looking to buy a trailer, just buy from US Custom Concession and save yourself alot of time, money, & headache. Just buy from US Custom Concession - you can't go wrong.

The trailer looks good but it has several small issues adding up after it's only been moved 5 times. (Pipes and ties are loose now)

Communication is very slow and after it was delivered I've heard nothing back when I had questions

Keys and locks don't work properly and I was told I have to turn it with force (after doing this one of the keys broke insidd the lock) I heard nothing back when I shared this with my sales rep

Builders knew I would be operating in another state but it was not built to my states requirements

Gas connector were home grade not commercial grade quick release lines.

Warranty for the trailer is unacceptable. Not good at all.

Good thing I had to make changes to the water tank when I did this I found out that inside the tank was dirty with a lot of floating bits. They did not clean it..

The awning lock deadbolt does not work because the space is not deep enough for the bolt to go in.

Also I had to replace the faucet before I have even opened. When I received it there was no leak but after just moving the trailer a few times and not even using the faucet it's broken. I'm not sure why this is just what I am dealing with.

I live 3 hours away and drove down to Tampa to look at some trailer ideas and was pleased to see they had exactly what I wanted on the lot. After speaking to my salesman Rick he explained the financing option, down payment and what my monthly cost would be and I was sold. While doing my paper work Ms.Dianna informed me that she can help with licensing and gave me a list of Florida approved courses to get certifications. Boom just like that I got a great concession trailer that was affordable and ready to make money from amazing friendly people who have answered every question I have had. Great company, great people, great product.

Should have read the reviews before renting to own! Had everything planned out in email and their paperwork, went with electric fryers and were supposed to be in center of trailer, went with a lowboy, verbally said 27in but on paperwork it was 48in ( my fault I should have caught that ) now fryers all all the way to left, no extra space for tables. When I looked at the original trailer my friend and I could have sworn the window was centered, this trailers window was more to the right standing in it. As they were building it and I live 3 hrs away they called and told me about the fit, nothing I could do at that point. Finally when it was done and went to pick up the top draw of the lowboy was damaged, doesn't shut and won't hold temp, was told to contact manufacturer, disappointed they knew it was damaged or they damaged it and didn't say anything till we pointed it out. Was also informed if I made extra payments/pay off early I would save, I asked finance company and so not true. Wanted this food trailer for the dog rescue, will have to make it work, will just but another 1 later and research a diffrent company to buy from.

Buy from us they said, we will take care of you, anything you need. Be aware, they will take good care of you until they get your money, very responsive when they want the sale but nothing after, took the trailer home and have a few issues with it tried to reach out to my Rep that helped me a few times but totally being ignored, not the way to do business.

This was my first time having a mobile grooming trailer made and it’s been such a disaster. Within a year I’ve spent 6,000 in repairing water tanks , water heater , & water pump all of which wasn’t properly mounted. After going to multiple trailer repair mechanics I’ve found that US custom concession is using the cheapest materials they can find. Of course any warranty that was offered at the time of purchase is no good for anything. Not only is my equipment rusting inside but multiple parts of the trailer keep breaking and it hasn’t been a whole year .

My trailer keeps short circuiting so I’ve had to replace the interior and exterior lights , my trailer walls have needed to be opened to repair / rewire malfunctions 3x , Im still having issues where my hitch lights keep flickering and my back up camera no longer works . I have contacted US custom concessions multiple times and they’ve done nothing to help me . I do not recommend using this company as their builders are non professional. You’re better off buying an empty trailer and having a local craftsman build your trailer with your choice of materials so that you spend less money in the long run .

Incredible experience at US custom trailers and concessions. We live 3 hours away and Rick and crew were great, responsive, and extremely helpful from start to finish.

During our second health inspection, the inspector commented on the quality, and layout. Said it’s one of the nicest trailers he’s seen in our area. We live in a populated area.

People need to realize that daily maintenance needs to happen on the systems they have installed. You are pulling these rigs 70mph down the road subjecting them to hurricane forced winds and other road conditions. Screws and brackets come loose. That doesn’t mean the quality of your trailer isn’t good. Just means you need to do your daily walkthroughs.

We are extremely happy with the quality of our trailer and look forward to working with Rick and crew again! We’ve had our trailer now for 6 months operating almost daily.

I highly recommend this dealership! They have an awesome staff and great prices. The trailers here are top-notch! If you are in the area don't hesitate to visit them.
