First of all, I want to say this is the 6th vehicle my family has purchased from the Vatland dealerships. Unfortunately I found myself needing a new vehicle after an accident. We all know how much of a process it can be to get a new vehicle , dealing with salespeople, insurances etc. The team at this dealership make it such an easy and seamless process. There is no pressure and it is like shopping with a “family” member, they only want the best for you and don’t try to push your budget, time or comfort zone. Bruce was my salesman , very attentive, kind, CALM and professional. He kept in contact with me updating me when my car would be ready for pick up ( it needed a new caliper and because it was Audi it took a week to come in) I couldn’t recommend him more. Jill who is the wonderful, happy and refreshing person on the phone dealt with my calls ( I had to call a few times) never once did she seem frustrated or annoyed by my calls and questions and she is extremely knowledgeable. She is a true gem and is the perfect face of the business. And the finance team are amazing, big thank you to Cristian for everything he did and went above and beyond for me.
If you want a hassle free experience , no pressure, no nagging phone calls, come and see these guys .

My 2021 Jeep rubicon air conditioning was blowing cold and then hot not all the time - I bring it to them and they said it was evaporated core needed replacing - it has 27,000 miles - I bought this Jeep from them. After it took them a week - I drove it to Orlando - and it did the exact same thing that I paid $3000 to fix - they wanted to charge me another 1500 to put a new condenser in!! I took it to another shop and they said there was so much dirt and sand on my condenser it needed to be cleaned !!! That cost me barely any money ! Vatland Jeep needs to give me my money back!! I will never buy or take my vehicle there again!

This dealership has a lot of incredible people, especially Terry - the service supervisor. He has ALWAYS gone above and beyond to provide the best experience for my family and I. We also enjoy hanging out in the showroom, while we wait for oil changes, etc., as there is always fresh popcorn and cookies waiting! The ladies that work behind the counter in the lounge area are always very accommodating and kind. We have been loyal to the Jeep brand for many, many years (going on 15+) and look forward to exploring our options with the Vatland dealership in the next couple months as our lease expires. A++

Came in 2 weeks ago to buy a truck, sales guy showed me a truck that was priced from 23k, which was a good deal. They told me the truck was on the way that it would get in a week later. Once the truck arrived they were trying to push me to buy the vehicle before they inspected it. Thankfully I didn't because the technician found that it needed a transmission and headlights. After all this was disclosed they proceeded to push me to buy it for 23k saying that the vehicle was actually priced at 30k. This was the biggest bait and switch move I've ever seen and I will recommend not dealing with this organization.
