Have just recently used WRC for the second time. Bought my own car from them almost 3 years ago and it’s been brilliant. Just got another car from them with my husband on finance and have every confidence it will be great especially with the 5 years free servicing and MOT. Big shout out to Dan this time round too. He was great at communicating with us from start to finish giving us confidence that if there is an issue he will sort it.
Have a feeling we’ll be back again when my car is due for replacing!

highly recommend when buying your first car my experience has been all great with the staff.
I went into look at some cars 1 morning and was called back by the afternoon with the car I was looking for and in my price range and bought it the same day 😀
The staff are kind and friendly and are happy to help with any issues or any questions you have I have had a full explanation being a 1st time driver learning about the car has been easy staff have talked me thro it all
And to top it off for 5 years you get free MOT valet and serviced so has saved me alot of money 😀

The standard of customer service reminded me off how it used to be and should be now. Genuinely care for their customers best interests and standard of vehicle supplied. I can not rate Ian, Richard or the rest of the team highly enough. I hate buying cars and they made it a rewarding, value for money experience. After having a minor car crash earlier in the year I decided it was time for a new car to get my confidence back up. I had a car in mind I wanted to view and Ian was fantastic and spent time with me going through all the functions and features of the vehicle. I also enquired about an automatic car and his knowledge was second to none, however as the car I had my heart set on is not available in automatic I stuck with the manual. Ian let me take my time in test driving and never put any pressure on me to purchase. I was able to do a part exchange for my own car and even got 5 years service and MOT included. When it came to collecting my new car, Ian sorted out all the tax details so I did not have to do anything. I would highly recommend this garage, the customer service is some of the best I've received. Thanks Ian
