Sorry I want to rate more but this is what I seen here. I understand there is work going on but this needs to be cleared. Wired walking up to screens with these lying around. Screens itself are good. Clean and spacious and reclining. Restrooms look dated but are maintained really well.

Huge theater. Comfortable reclining seats. Big screen with great surround sound. Saw a fandango movie on a Tuesday so it was buy one get one free.

Bought just a bottle of water...$6. ?

Nice theatre! The staff is always cordial and the theatres and bathrooms are clean. I love the comfortable l, lounger type seats. I am tall 5’10” and not small and I am comfortable in their seats. I have been here many times in the last few years and its consistently is a good experience for my friends and I to see a movie and relax.

Worst experience ever in my life this place is completely disgusting my husband had to tell a worker to clean the room 5 mins before the movie!!! And everything about this place is completely unacceptable, chairs don’t work will not recline. I get it they are getting new ones but still completely ridiculous and disgusting. Very very disappointed

I want to give you 5 stars, however my outfit is covered in black-inkish foam. The hot dogs are great, the floor is clean, the sound is immaculate and the screen is magnificent! .... But the chairs really need repairing... Suggestion: use real leather or vinyl on the touch surfaces (at least on the chairs that are never empty)............

Now fast forward five months.... So glad to say I can now give you five stars.... As you walk in the theater, you can smell the new furniture.... So happy you took our concerns seriously...I wish you much success and I plan to see more movies now that I do not have to worry about the seats..... See before and the after (new pictures) below!!

Ticket prices on Tuesday afternoon were reasonable $7.00 per person. Interesting check-in experience by computer, no attendant. Come a few minutes early to purchase if not comfortable with this process, then purchase online. Food/snacks with many options, including beer. Pricey as usual as expected. The theater comfort was great with the large recliners. The sound system is good. Chilly in theatre but I always bring a jacket.

We experienced a storm power outage here today. BUT with that set back the team members were dependable, personable, friendly,and fun! They kept the crowd in order, without panic, and kept kids entertained!!!!! Now that's beyond impressive! It's good environment!!!! That counts for everything! BTW,the seats are literally pull out couches! You know that grandpapa chair that you can't get rid of..... That's what I'm talking about. They recline and your body sinks into comfort! It's hard to find an issue when you are that chill!!!!!

This theater is okay. I think with a little work, it could be spectacular.

It does have the comfy luxury recliners, which is great! And we were in theater X2, which was huge and roomy. However, the seats do not have tables, which seemed a bit odd because both the Premier Plant City and Cinemark Lakeland theaters both have them. It just makes it easier to handle the snacks.

I think they could improve on the cleanliness, as the beverage stations were quite messy even though it was a 5pm show and not crowded at all. Also, the ladies room could be better kept.

The lights in the theater were off even before the previews started, so guests had to use their phone flashlights to find their way. Maybe 20 minutes later, the lights were turned on to assist patrons.

There was an odd sound coming from the right side of the theater that sounded like a huge blow dryer. It was very noticable during the previews, but once the feature started, I forgot about it.

But on the upside, the staff were all super helpful and professional. And the large popcorn has free refills 🙂

For the hefty price tag, I think this theater should be better managed. But with some attention to detail, it could be a fantastic experience.
